the mission

Welcome, all!

So, what's this all about?

In short: food.

Food - everyone needs it, but sometimes it's really a hassle, right? What should you eat, when should you eat? Why is there so much conflicting advice? What is healthy? What does it mean if a food is bad for you? How much should you eat? How should you prepare your food? How should you store it? When can you eat it? When has it gone off, and what does that even mean?

So many questions, so few answers.

Well, I thought I'd add my thoughts to the mix. Hopefully, with a bit of investigation, a dose of common sense, and some persistence, I can get to the bottom of the food question...

(And maybe resolve my own love-hate relationship with food along the way...)

So, without further ado, I give you...
